1. Who We Are

RWA Indices is operated by Bios Calc, a Wyoming corporation. We provide a free, public index of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and basic informational tools. We are not a financial institution, broker, custodian, advisor, or data broker. We do not facilitate trades, custody assets, or hold user funds.

2. Information We Collect

We intentionally collect **very little** personal information to preserve privacy:

Automatically Collected (Anonymized / Non-Personal)

• IP address (truncated / anonymized to city/country level only – never precise location)
• Browser type, version, and language
• Operating system and device type
• Referring page, exit page, and pages visited
• Time spent on pages and basic navigation patterns
• Aggregate statistics (e.g., most-viewed asset classes)

Voluntarily Submitted

We do **not** currently have user accounts, login forms, newsletter signups, contact forms, or any feature that requires you to submit personal information (name, email, phone, wallet address, etc.). If we add such features in the future, we will update this policy, obtain explicit consent, and clearly disclose what is collected and why.

What We Explicitly Do NOT Collect

• Wallet addresses or transaction history
• Financial information or payment details
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
• Any personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided later (and only with consent)

3. How We Use Information

We use anonymized, aggregate data **solely** for internal purposes:

• To understand site usage patterns and improve user experience
• To detect technical issues, bugs, or potential abuse
• To generate high-level statistics (e.g., popular asset classes, peak traffic times)

We do **not** use data for marketing, behavioral advertising, user profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use **minimal** cookies and tracking:

• Essential cookies: for core site functionality (e.g., remembering light/dark mode preference, navigation state)
• Optional analytics cookies: anonymized usage data via privacy-respecting providers (e.g., Plausible Analytics or self-hosted Matomo) – no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting

You can disable non-essential cookies at any time via your browser settings. We do **not** use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party marketing cookies.

5. Third-Party Services & Embedded Content

We may use trusted third-party services that process minimal data:

• Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, basic security) – processes IP addresses and request metadata
• Privacy-focused analytics provider (anonymized only)
• GitHub (for public data corrections or open-source components)
• Embedded content (e.g., charts, links to external protocols) – those providers have their own policies

We do **not** use advertising networks, social media pixels, or trackers that build cross-site user profiles.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do **not** sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances. We may disclose anonymized/aggregate data only:

• To comply with valid legal requests or court orders
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the site, users, or the public
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (anonymized only)

7. International Data Transfers

Our primary servers are located in the United States. Anonymized analytics may be processed by providers in other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where required by law). We do not transfer identifiable personal data internationally.

8. Data Retention

Anonymized analytics logs are retained for up to 14–26 months (depending on provider settings) to allow trend analysis. No identifiable personal data is stored beyond what is strictly necessary for site operation (usually hours to days for essential logs).

9. Your Rights & Choices

Because we collect almost no personal data, most privacy rights (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable. You can:

• Block or delete cookies via your browser settings
• Use privacy-focused browsers (Brave, Firefox with strict tracking protection) or extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger)
• Contact us if you believe we have any data about you (highly unlikely)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our practices. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
