1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site operated by Bios Calc, a Wyoming corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

2. No Financial or Professional Advice

The Site provides general information about tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) — including data aggregation, rankings, basic tools, and educational content — strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on the Site is or should be construed as:

• Investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, token, or security
• An endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any protocol, issuer, token, or product

3. No Warranties – “As Is” Basis

The Site, including all data, tools, calculators, charts, guides, rankings, and content, is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of data
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses/malware

We do not verify, audit, or guarantee any information provided by third-party protocols, issuers, or data sources. All displayed data (TVL, yields, collateral, etc.) may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bios Calc, RWA Indices, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site
• Reliance on any data, tools, or content
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your communications

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without permission (rate-limited public API may be offered later)

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

All content on the Site (design, text, graphics, logos, data presentation, tools) is owned by Bios Calc or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
